The Queenstown Gardens is a beautiful lakeside park within walking distance to the city center. Our Lodge sits at the top of the gardens and provides us with a beautiful shortcut to town.
We wandered deep into the gardens today and walked along the water. Besides being home to the most electric looking tulips I've ever seen there was a pretty nice lawn bowling club. Apparently lawn bowling is pretty popular in New Zealand.
