I was very surprised to hear back from SF Perinatal with our CVS results so soon! But, they called this morning as I was getting Noah ready for our music class. All is well with our baby--all the correct chromosomes are there and in all the right places! Huge relief!!
And, we found out (for sure) that we're having another boy. Although, I was fairly certain (from years of visualization) that I would be the Momma to boys one just never knows until you get it straight from the old DNA. Obviously, one of each would have been interesting, but if I'm going to only have two (and I am) then it's nice that they're the same sex. At least we'll get more use out of all those ridiculously cute clothes of Noah's.
Now, the fun part...growing big and coming up with a name!
