Flower Power

Every morning as we walk Noah into school Dylan tries to pick a flower, or at the very least stop to smell them. He's even gotten into this habit where each time we walk out to the car he wants to pick a flower for the drive. I'll usually let him pick one, but then I take it away before we drive off so he doesn't eat it. I'm not sure he would actually eat it, but better safe than sorry. :)

Today while waiting for a table at Aunt Mary's cafe I picked a flower for Dylan. To keep him from eating it I stuck it behind his ear. I didn't think he'd put up with it for long, but he did. And, he actually seemed to like it. (I'm sure I'll catch hell for these pictures when he's a teenager, but for now I think they're really cute!).

For some reason he started doing this strange little head dance while we were eating. Thankfully, Kenny got it captured on video. I have no idea what he's doing. It's just weird. Cute. But weird.
